1099 Preparation Services
- Starting at $35 for up to 3 forms.
- Each additional form is $15.

The client must provide all vendor information.
DIY Monthly Checkup - $150.00/month
Ideal for business owners managing their own books
- All transactions will be recorded by the client in his own accounting software
- The client will provide access via the online login, remote access, or accountant’s Copy
- Review of up to 50 transactions
- Adjustment recommendations provided (re-categorization, etc)
- Monthly or quarterly option available (Quarterly price = Monthly x 3)
- Client pays software subscription fees
QuickBooks Setup Services
One time service from $250 to $500
- Pricing is dependent on the size of the company and the amount of historical data to transfer, as well as previous accounting methods used.
- Set up of QuickBooks file for your company – no ongoing monthly commitment or may be added to a package above
- Data migration from prior systems
- Chart of accounts setup
- Connect to your bank accounts (if supported by your bank)

- Training resources and 30 days email support
- Price for micro/startup businesses only; additional charges for large businesses
Additional/Non-Specified Bookkeeping Work - $45.00/hour
- $45 per hour for cleanup or non standard work.
- On site work billed at $90 minimum in Northern Virginia.
QuickBooks Tune Up Package – $450
Available as one time, quarterly, or semiannual service
