Enchance Your Bookkeeping with QuickBooks Virtual Services
Once a year, we review all client fees to ensure they remain competitive and relevant. If any significant changes are needed, we’ll notify you promptly.
Starter - $250/month
- *Plus one-time fee of $250.00 for new software setup (if needed).
- Entry and categorization of income & expenses into accounting software
- Up to 250 total transactions per month
- Bank account reconciliation (up to 2 accounts)
- Month-end adjusting entries & closing
- Quarterly financial statements
- Services provided monthly
- Filing sale tax if applicable
- Year-end preparation for tax filing (package provided to tax preparer)
- The client pays any accounting software subscription fees
Basic - $400/month
- *Plus one-time fee of $250.00 for new software setup (if needed).
- Entry and categorization of income & expenses into accounting software
- Up to 350 total transactions per month
- Bank account and credit card reconciliation (up to 3 accounts)
- Month-end adjusting entries & closing
- Virginia & DC sale tax filing
- Fixed asset tracking
- Quarterly financial statements
- Year-end preparation for tax filing (package provided to tax preparer)
- Includes payroll for up to 3 employees (additional can be added )
- The client pays any accounting software subscription fees
Plus - $600/month
- *Plus one-time fee of $250.00 for new software setup (if needed).
- Entry and categorization of income & expenses into accounting software
- Up to 450 total transactions per month
- Bank account and credit card reconciliation (up to 4 accounts)
- Virginia & DC sales tax filing
- Fixed asset tracking
- Monthly financial statements
- Month-end adjusting entries & closing
- Quarterly review with tax preparer for tax planning
- Year-end preparation for tax filing (package provided to tax preparer)
- The client pays any accounting software subscription fees
- Payroll for up to 7 employees (additional can be added)
Additional Options:
DIY Monthly Checkup - $150.00/month
- All transactions will be recorded by the client in his own accounting software
- The client will provide access via the online login, remote access, or accountant’s Copy
- Review of all transaction entries (up to 50 per month)
- Recommendations are given for adjusting entries (re-categorization, etc)
- May be performed monthly or quarterly (Quarterly price = Monthly x 3)
- Client is responsible for any accounting software subscription fees
1099 Preparation
- Minimum of $35 (up to 3 forms). Each additional form is $15. This includes the cost of e-filing (We only use electronic filing). Any 1099 information provided after January 25th will incur an additional $100 rush fee.
- The client must provide all vendor information: Name/Business Name, Address Social, Security/EIN #, Amount paid for services, Any taxes withheld
- We will also need legal information for your business (legal business name, business address, and EIN).
QuickBooks Setup Package - $250.00-$500.00 (One-time Service)
- *Pricing will differ when paired with ongoing monthly bookkeeping services (see pricing options above)
- Pricing is dependent on the size of the company and the amount of historical data to transfer, as well as previous accounting methods used.
- Set up of QuickBooks file for your company – no ongoing monthly commitment or may be added to a package above
- Migration of data from another bookkeeping source
- Customization of all transaction lists and the chart of accounts
- Connect to your bank accounts (if supported by your bank)
- Customization of invoices and statements with logo
- Set up employees
- Online training resources provided upon request
- Email support for the first 30 days
- Price for micro/startup businesses only; additional charges for large businesses
BOI Filing Services - $180/Company
Simplify your compliance! Effortlessly manage your business compliance with our BOI Filing service. We ensure accurate and timely submissions, allowing you to focus on growing your business while we handle the paperwork!
QuickBooks Tune-Up Package - $450.00 (One-time or Quarterly/Semiannual)
Whether you’re handling your own QuickBooks or have an employee who processes entries for you, having a quarterly or semi-annual tune-up can save you time and money at tax time. We will review reports for accuracy, make sure your chart of accounts is still producing useful information for you, and check to see if any transactions need to be reclassified. We will verify all account balances (checking, savings, loans, credit cards), and be sure all fixed asset purchases are properly recorded. We can also set up custom reports for your business at this time.
Additional/Non-Specified Bookkeeping Work - $45.00/hour
Includes “clean up” work, temporary work, or work above and beyond the normal monthly contracted package.
On-site work is billed at a $90 minimum (includes 1 hour in Northern Virginia). Additional on-site hours will be billed at $75/hour

*The allowed number of bank accounts can include any combination of checking, savings, loans, and credit card accounts. **Allowed number of transactions includes payments issued, invoices generated, and payments received.
